Guadalupe Tuscany Resort

The resort owner's dogs frequently used the grassy area right in front of the restaurant as their bathroom, creating a consistently unpleasant and unsanitary environment. This was particularly concerning given that children were often playing nearby, which made the situation even worse. What made the experience truly disappointing was the owner's reaction. Instead of acknowledging the issue and offering an apology or attempting to clean up the mess, the owner reacted with anger and defensiveness, showing a complete lack of concern for the guests' comfort and well-being.

I rarely write reviews but had to write how amazing our stay was in the Guadalupe resort. These cosy little villas make for an ideal family stay. The breakfast was divine and on one evening we ate at the restaurant. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!

Nice quiet location, very good breakfast, comfortable beds, excellent Service, good equiped kitchen, not far from beach, accesible by bicycle, accesible water park in Follonica, also good accessibility to thermal spa in Saturnia

This country estate for a destination wedding was magical for our group of 80+. Every aspect was carefully managed and delivered with class. Farm to table food ensured freshness and delicious taste, beautiful displays and comfortable settings for our multiple events. Breakfast was excellent and came with the rooms. The wedding planner and staff welcomed us and catered to our needs. Stunning views made for beautiful photos. We traveled 12 time zones to be there from Hawaii and loved our time for such a special event! The bride and groom had attended 11 weddings to put together their dream wedding for everyone to enjoy. Magnifico!

Staff are exceptional - every single one we had contact with. Went in June for 3 nights, booked a quadruple room for us two and our two children. Restaurant on site is 5 star - some of the best food we had in Tuscany on our week long stay. We had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in our apt./room which was very clean, nicely decorated and great air conditioning (very important to me).

Spacious and nicely decorated family apartment, good restaurant on the property and overall very friendly staff. Conveniently located for sightseeing and Beach (circa 30 minutes). Upon check-in you will find an instruction in your room to count and check the inventory (e.g. 8 knives, 6 glasses etc..), the list is long and it is very customer unfriendly that this is your task upon check-in. We booked the “5 person” apartment that included an kitchenette. During our stay we fond out that the use of the kitchenette comes at an additional surcharge of 20€ a day. Nowhere in our reservation confirmation this became clear. Also the way this is presented on the website is unclear/misleading. Again very customer unfriendly. During the check-out we expressed our concern with the €20 per day surcharge for using the kitchenette and the answer was: we are an hotel and not an apartment. Well… the accomodation we booked on your website is listed as a 5 person APARTMENT, plus you are the first HOTEL to ask customers to do an inventory inspection upon arrival. In short: there are plenty of great accomodations in Tuscany, if you care about customer-friendlyness I would skip this one! If you don’t care about customer-friendlyness it’s actually nice for a family vacation.

We chose Tuscany Resort as the venue for our wedding. It was the best decision we could have made. We rented the wedding venue exclusively for 3 days, which was a great decision and highly recommended! We had a very clear idea of what we wanted our wedding venue to look like in order to have our perfect wedding. Accordingly, we were also very critical and wanted to know and have everything under control down to the smallest detail. We looked at many wedding venues in Tuscany and what particularly impressed us here - apart from the beautiful location - was the incredible friendliness, attentiveness and warmth of the entire staff and of course the outstanding top cuisine. Tiziana (event manager) accompanied us very competently and with her calm manner from the very first day. This calm manner then also helped us a lot when the wedding started. From the very first day, we felt very comfortable and very competently looked after at Guadalupe. And that's how it was, everything went like clockwork and everyone put their heart and soul into it. The very good feedback from our guests about the staff and the resort also showed us that it was the right decision. Guadalupe also surprised us with all the decorations. It was beautifully and festively decorated (and different every day!) and far exceeded our high expectations. Of course we also paid a corresponding amount for the decoration but it was absolutely worth it. Even though the entire staff at the Guadalupe, from the maids to the waiters to the kitchen, harmonised perfectly and were absolutely top class, we would like to single out two people in particular. Tiziana, who always had everything under control and supported us with a lot of commitment, competence and cordiality, and Giuliano, the barman/waiter, who delighted everyone with his incredibly great manner. In short, it was the perfect wedding for us and we can highly recommend it to everyone! For us and our guests, the resort was simply a dream. We were able to fully enjoy these 3 exclusive days. We were pampered every day with a lot of heart and good cuisine. We would like to mention here that the chef and her team did an absolutely super job. It was a dream. You could feel the freshness in all the ingredients, which is mainly due to the fact that they work with regional (and especially a lot of home-grown) fruit and vegetables. Especially worth mentioning is also the pizza, unbelievably good and we say that as pizza lovers :) We would like to take this opportunity to thank the whole, super great team of the Guadalupe Tuscany Resort once again! We will definitely come back, because Guadalupe is also absolutely recommendable for a holiday in Tuscany! Thank you again to the whole team for this incredibly perfect wedding! You made it unforgettable for us and far exceeded all our expectations! It was simply perfect!

Struttura molto curata, ogni dettaglio studiato per migliorare il soggiorno dell’ospite (dallo stendino in camera, al piccolo posacenere con sabbia sull’uscio, al salottino fuori della porta). Gli spazi sono ampi e c è una grande privacy. Le sistemazioni sono ampie, bagni funzionali, cabina armadio e addirittura due condizionatori. Colazione ottima per varietà ed abbondanza, mezza pensione consigliata per rapporto qualità cibo e costi. Assolutamente pet friendly, e tra l’altro non hanno chiesto un euro per soggiorno del cane.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo meraviglioso posto nel mese di agosto (4 notti)una piacevole scoperta.un oasi immersa nel verde, un piccolo villaggio di tranquillità e pace.Cucina serale strepitosa ,colazione abbondante e molto varia.Assolutamente consigliato.
